i had an exedy cushioned button clutch behind my 400rwkw+ wagon for a while, it held the power fine under normal driving/acceleration etc but would never hold with harsh dumping. ive now gone a jim berry full monty and that can handle everything i give it, and i dont hold back lol, cant recommend that clutch enough. but its also 3 times the price of the exedy. with your power youd probably get away with the exedy just fine

It all depends on what you wanna do with the car. If its for street duties Id go a organic disk with a heavy clamping pressure plate like jim berry or similar they are something like 4000lbs of clamping pressure. Dont go to a ceramic button style unless you plan to run sticky tyres and trying to get it to hook up on the track. And I think the cushion style ceramic is a waste of time. It just means instead of the ceramic material being fixed solid to the disk there are springs to take some of the shock out of it, but is a weak point.

Twin plate carbonetics are great. Had one on my evo and had a very progressive engagement for a twin so was very drivable on the street. Was a few thousand $ though.
