I know the topic has been done to death about how hard it is.... Just curious to see if anyone has or knows of examples of an old school chev into a vl .... Their experience and any specs on the setup

I heard they sit too close to the firewall, people don't bother for a reason, just Brock an unleaded black 5.0.

A mate's car in Cairns. Blown injected big block in to VL. Standard firewall, standard K-frame, engine plated, custom pipes, modifications to steering... Fits nicely enough. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I've put a small block in a Gemini so putting one in a vl wouldn't be too hard . Castlemaine rod shop might sell a kit for this conversion . There's a couple of guys on Aussiev8 that have got chevs in vb commodores , can't see vls being that different from them . Maybe join and hit them up .

Castlemaine Rod shop has a kit, relocating the starter to the other side is also involved.
