any help would be great, my vl turns over but wont start, the pump is not working, but i gave the pump direct power from a test light and the car ran and the pump worked, i then took the fuel line off and saw there was no fuel coming through i traced the fuel pump wires and checked the fuse box (its relay and fuse) but i am unsure of whats causing it but it seams after a certain part in the fuel pump wires there is no current the voltage drops and there is none at the pump what do i do?

Check the fuse and change the pump relay? Swap it with one of the others, jack the car up and trace the wiring.
