Don't know man had 3 alloy rads. All off eBay all do the same thing. Your among to keep ur car cool... So here's a few things iv tryed. I live in the pilbara below Cairns and it get farkn Hot! I use the stock fan set up, new hoses, coolant and cheap alloy rad. Iv Tryed the twin thermo thing no difference and had to creat a temp switch to control it. Their heavier and made to be used in a duel stage (low high) speed range to keep up with engine temps. Some things I read a few years ago... Copper rads obsorb heat faster but tend to retain it more vs alloy rads that have a higher convection rate and weighs less Not a lot of difference.. Your thermostat will dictate the flow rate of coolant across the radiator any way. go figure.

Of course I have a fast acting thermostat but capacity and air flow water flow are all factors but I want an alloy to match the stainless and polished alloy in the bay but what ive seen that are all same look as standard just alloy so they look crap even the pwr radiators

Poorly made? I have an aussie desert cooler in my Eh holden as well as a custom Pwr intercooler and i dont have any issues with either of them mate! The radiator is fine amd in actualy fct its one of only two things i have ordered that i was happy with! Also if you want it to look pretty and not crappy alloy <--- lol maybe google aluminium polishing or pay an extra couple of hundred and pwr would probably get it polished for you lol. Oh yeah also make sure you get a triple pass radiator if your actually worried about the cooling of your car or if its a real issue measure everything up and get one as thick and as big as you can again aussie dessert coolers made mine to custom spec for no extra and again mine isnt even nearly $h+ as you suggested in your earlier posts

There not meant to look cool. When you talk about Aussie desert coolers are you speaking from experience? And if so why are you asking for advice. There's a reason why people pay big bucks for these items, not just to look cool but to stay cool. If your that fussed then just buy a recommended radiator brand and buy some additional dress up to cover the top. Then come back when you have some real problem Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
