Technico is pleased to join CalaisTurbo and bring some red hot pricing for forum members. We specialise in billet performance parts only, we dont weld anything. If it can't be made out of billet.... get a bigger billet! All of our products are engineered solutions, we always look for the best and strongest way. All our products are made in house, 100% Australian quality, no Chinese junk! You can order here, through PM, or via email on technico (at) live.com.au (which i check more frequently). You can also order at the Technico Racing Online Store (http://www.technicoracing.com/cs) I will setup a discount structure for you guys to lock in the following red hot FORUM SPECIALS! ADJUSTABLE CAM GEAR TO SUIT RB30 ENGINE Our adjustable cam gear is the strongest and longest lasting cam gear available for the RB30. It retains the OEM steel outer gear which is modified to accept the billet alloy adjustable center. All-alloy cam gears wear horrendously from the timing belt, regardless of anodizing or aluminium grade. The material is simply not up to the task, which is why you never find it on a factory engine! We recondition used OEM gears, which have stainless thread inserts for the adjusting bolts and are zinc plated so they look as shiny as possible. Note: There is some variance in the zinc plating, however we do our best to make sure they look as good as possible once installed. Due to the popularity of these adjustable gears, it is getting hard to buy enough used gears to keep up with the demand. As a result, we will be offering them at a very discounted price to forum members, as a changeover arrangement. We will send out a new gear, you install it, and mail your old gear back to us. Once your old gear is received your core deposit will be refunded. FORUM PRICE: Adjustable Cam Gear (changeover): $155 Core deposit: $25 Express post: $14 BILLET ALLOY SOLID ENGINE MOUNTS These engine mounts are very popular as any decent horsepower tears the stock rubber mounts apart. Fit these once and never have to worry again. Also increases throttle response as all the engine's effort goes to the wheels rather than being soaked up in rubber mounts. FORUM PRICE: Solid mounts (pair): $80 Express post: $14 BILLET OIL CAPS "TURBO LOGO" FORUM PRICE: Turbo oil caps: $55 Express post: $14 ************CUSTOM TEXT************** You can now have your own custom text on a billet oil cap. Your name or nickname, your car's name, your workshop or tuner, RWKW number, whatever you like in place of the Turbo logo. A couple of words is ok, but bear in mind more letters = smaller letters and they become hard to read. There is a 50mm circle to work inside, you can have basic graphics as well if you send me a *.dxf file. FORUM PRICE: Custom oil cap: $80 Express post: $14 BILLET ALTERNATOR BRACKET A nice shiny replacement for the crappy pressed/painted steel bracket. Made from billet alloy and lightly polished this will really set off your expensive engine build. Fits like OEM with milled clearance at the back to maintain alignment and keep maximum strength FORUM PRICE: Billet alternator bracket: $80 Free post!! DIY ADJUSTABLE PANHARD ROD KIT Save yourself some pennies and make your own adjustable panhard rod with our DIY kit. Essential for lowered cars! Comes with instructions, cut your existing bar and weld in the adjustable section. Easy to do with basic cutting/welding tools. FORUM PRICE: Billet alternator bracket: $50 Postage: $9 FORUM SPECIAL: BUY ANY 2 ITEMS TOGETHER FOR FREE POST!!!!! We are always looking for new product ideas, if there is stuff you guys need machined up let me know and I will see what we can do! Custom parts, group buys and one offs are no problem, let me know what you need and we will machine it up specially for your car. We are currently working to bring our big new CNC machine online which will see lots more products becoming available, like billet rocker covers and so on. Looking forward to working with you guys! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I run these engine mounts in mine, they polish up great and havent had a drama with them. 680rwkw on a track car is a decent test I would have thought.

Grunter -We can make pretty much anything out of billet :) Do you mean engine mount brackets? we have looked into these in the past, as it would allow us to use the Torque Master (http://technicoracing.com/cs/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=266) billet engine mount design which can still handle bulk hp but is a bit more compliant than the solid mounts due to having polyurethane bushes. Problem is these mounts are too tall and wont work with the standard VL engine mount brackets which is why we havent offered them yet. With custom brackets this wouldnt be a problem and you could have the best of both worlds.... 88 chaser -That's great news mate! (and a healthy power figure) Thanks for the feedback! 86slvt -Send me a pm with what you're after mate and we can go from there. In other news, the big new CNC machine is now running and we have a cylinder head up on there at the moment getting CNC ported and modified for bigger studs etc. Hope to get the same happening with 26 and 30 heads later this year.
