lowballing rats. $50 in fuel and a $50 price drop for something thats silly chep and if you were an honest buyer who wants to give the wheels some love you'd mirror polish them anyway i just sold a reo bar to a guy and he complained it was rusty. i said well if you want a good result you will need to sand it back to metal anyay and if you dont care about looks then it's fine. i mean ffs!
