Hey guys, New to the whole forums thing but here goes, Here is my 1987 VL SL. I bought it about 3 months ago for $2000. It had 130,000 kms on the clock and had obviously been owned by an older bloke. The interior was immaculate. Nothing had been changed except for the 4" Kicker speakers in the dash. As you can kind of see it was siting quite high, so for ****s and gigs my mate and i decided we would give it the makita 6 inch lowering kit to run for a couple of days until the pedders turned up. The pedders turned up, and while i had the car up on stands i threw on the Pacemaker extrators and 2.5" Cat Back, and my 20's. Rolled the guards, Gave the tapper cover a coat of paint, whole car got a polish. lookin good. I am currently half way through painting my bumpers and door moulds MX Grey, and Painting around the windows black. Looking smick so far! hope to have some pics up in the next few days Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Looks the goods, now needs Chasers and bootlid badges.

mate id leave the single tone look! paint the window surrounds though. looks good on the 20's.
