Hey Guys. Picked this sweet ride up the other day. Its a 1979 Honda z50j Monkey 'Chrome' Limited Edition. Supposedly these a quiet rare. Only a few being made and only exported to the US ? Picked her up in Brisbane (Northside). Was advertised on Ebay. Its registered in Qld, was swapped with an ADR approved frame for Australian use (previous owner). Still all very original but going to restore her slowly. So its slow but gets a heap of looks. Low Down. Hey guys, little update. Just the usual maintenance on the bike. Few things here and there. - Oil Changed as soon as i got it home + Chain - New exhaust - Some new nuts, washers here and there - New indicator Lens (OEM) - Pod Filter - Adjusted Brakes, Brake light, clutch - New Tank Stickers, for whenever i get the tank resto'd (OEM) - Polished her a little - Have some revision mirrors on the way (OEM) Will eventually restore the bike. Plan on fixing up everything else on it. Will eventually get there. Hey guys, the Monkey got defected, my first ever defect. Only needs new hubs and tyres (being they were the offroad ones not semi). Cop was a faggot. Anyways since being busy etc with Uni and work. Havent got it back on the road yet. Have the new brakes, and will order tyres soon as i have free time now.
