What spark plugs are best for a moderately worked rb30 vl gt35 turbo for minimum spark loss while boosting around 15-20 pound.

Depends on your ignition system. 0.8mm is a pretty common gap for something running a reasonable amount of boost with decent spark

I have the BCPR6ES Q: is there any gains to be had with coil upgrade only? or do you need ignition booster also(eg. MSD 6A)

I was running 20 psi on stock ignition only upgraded to msd after that but upgrade the hole lot not just coil and .8 on the plugs also b

ive got stock ignition besides a falcon coil. running 20 psi, havnt had any issues so far
