Hey guys, nearly finished my conversion in my VH to EFi 5 lire from a vp hsv, im sorta stuck atm, i am wanting to keep the original shifter, but the gearbox that has gone in is 4 speed auto where as the original one was 3 speed, what do people do in these circumstances with the shifters? what are the options? thanks

Maybe try using the vn,vp base plate then see if the selector is similar, if you can't make it work maybe try cut n welding it.

Get the VN shifter arm, you need to grind the top so as not to foul the factory VH base plate it bolts straight up done it twice now works and looks factory ---------- Post added 12-04-13 at 20:25 ---------- Sorry thought it said 700 ignore that. Pain in the ass to fit since its longer and heavy too 350 would be better suited

Which I agree with btw.
