Bearing wholesalers should have them, they have always had manual ones when I've bought them.

Bursones won't have one, and good luck getting one out with out distroying it, Nissan is pretty much only place, failing that like u said on back order get one machined up, They are just made of steel

i got my manual one from bursons bayswater. unles the auto ones are harder to come by
