I recently ordered the plates UCR3MD and I got a letter in the mail saying that they are sexually explicit.. What gets me is I've seen sooooo many cars with dirty "sexual" plates like with the word jiz etc in it.. Apparently I can fight it but I don't think it's worth it.. Has anyone had this problem before and actually succeeded with the plates u were after? Vicroads office said they are getting tougher on plate sayings and apparently they are sending a cheque with the money to be refunded.. *btw if I have put this post in the wrong section could a mod please move it*

same thing happened to me. got a letter in the mail saying my plate (SINNER) is innapprpriate and that a panel of judges decide if a number plate can pass. ive seen other cars on the road with SIN69, SINSTR.....they prob got them when the laws were easier. u cant win!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yours isn't bad? Lol it's not like I wanted a swear word or something.. Did u receive your refund quickly? If seen people with plates beginning with FAQ and obvious wat that means...

got a refund within 1 week. goodluck getting ur plates.

All good im sure you will come up with a new FRESH plate to put on your beast Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I'm not exactly whinging about it, more annoyed how so many have slipped through that are more sexual.. I didn't think it would have been so much of an issue but I got my cheque today after work which is good and hope I can think of another combination but so many taken these days or can't think of any ..
