Hey people, i just had a question about my new vl turbo, im jumping in the deep end and going forward with a full setup which includes a front munt, 044 fuel pump, bigger injectors and a ecu, but i didnt want to spend too much on the ecu does anybody know of any aftermarket ecu's that are good value, i dont want to spend more than $600 on an ecu... thanks

Basically the most important part of the setup. Same for longer and do it properly!

Lol look on ebay or forums you might come across a cheap ecu, but factor in wiring extra sensors and tune.... look at another $600 min. It all adds up. You could look at a niztune board for you ecu

Yeah i understand tuning will be another large cost but im fine with that just looking for a decent gear for around 6 hundred is this possible.

Its possible. I bought an old haltech e6k a few years ago off a forum member for $350. Came with a few sensors and a wiring loom but at the time modified a vl patch loom for the e6x ecu which made it plug n play. Its prehistoric and runs dos software, but it does everything the newer ecu's can do and the tuner said he forgot how good they where.
