Hey guys my k frame is a little bit bent and i want to replace it with a new k frame but i have no idea on how to do it? All i do know is i need an engine crane to support the engine so it doesnt drop. Was just wondering if anybody has ever replaced a k frame before or know any body who can do it willing to payy $$$!? Its a holden commodore vs 97 model.

hey bud. its a decent job. you will need a crane to support the engine you also need to disconnect the struts from the lower control arms.there should be 4 bolts that attach the k frame to the body.anti roll bar needs to be taken off . disconnect the power steering rack

Z bars, steering rack, sway bar, lower control arms, engine mount bolts and as said above - 4 bolts holding it to the body.
