Do Vn group a throttles fit straight onto any 304 motor? If not what is required?

I think they will but not sure why the Group A had different rocker covers.

They do, but the sensor locations are different so there some wires and hoses that are different and rocker covers are different due to the throttle bodies cutting across the top of the passenger side cover, hence the two cutouts.
