has anybody used a t70 off ebay? there cheap as the other thing was r any of them internal waste gatted?? and how mutch bigger than t3 r they?

i wouldnt even bother with them mate, they are cheap for a reason. If you are after a reasonably priced turbo i would look into a turbonetics unit, quality turbo and alot cheaper than garret etc.

hey mate there all external gates from what ive seen. some people consider them junk . some have had good results with them. there pretty big. sort size of a gt35. so alot larger then the stock t3. just remember cheap isnt always good and the poor man pays twice

sweet i thought as much,im trying to find stock turbo setup id prefer to get a 2nd hand kit, with all stuff but they either dont hav all parts or its over $1000

if you just keep your eyes open you can pick up everything bit by bit. i got my whole setup. for $750.

Hey mate, I'm using a KLS T70 from eBay ATM till I get my gt35 rebuilt. Works quit well but they need a 1.8 or 2mm restrictor in oil feed line as the seals aren't very good. Had mine for 3 months and no problems. No doubt people have had good/bad experiences with them though. Not sure how they would handle huge boost though
