Dont think mine would have run that time on a et street. Slicks are a lot better. It takes a lot more that just big kw to tho. Suspension set up and engine tune is the key.

You will probably have to run a 26x10 or 28x9 slick. Both will fit under the guards with minimal to no modification. Seat belt bolt out and or raised rear end. You may get away with running a 26x8.5 however it will depend on how skatey it is. I've run a few mid 10s on those.

The potental is also there to break ****loads more stuff running radials ...sorry don't mean potential..its a known fact that you WILL break heaps more ****..especially manual, theres a lot less shockloading with radials, and seeing as vl manuals are timebombs anyway..your just making it worse.. To run low 10's in most dynoes here you probally need 400-440rwkw.. to go 136-140 ish mph xx vlt..you the dude at the gate at mallanats? cheers darern

Mate I am that bouncer at the gates at mallanats thanks for ur info mate car will struggle to make that power but we will have a go the business I own can pay for breakages or might just convert to power glide to race but I enjoy the manual on the street now I'm confused lol all is good. Thanks

If its 3540/ 1.06...cam that makes power to at least 6500rpm, and its on jungle juice it should make that power on 26-30psi of boost...if you have a 3540 you don't want a cam bigger than 230@.50 top end revs will get pulled down by turbine/exhaust housing flow anyway so no point going bigger.. Put a auto and 8- 8.5 inch converter in it, and you will probally lose 3-4 mph traps, but break ****all cheers darren

Don't worry about power figures in running 10's in a manual, can you snap gears like cozza is the big question
