Hey This is my first VL It's a series 2 88 calais. Genuine 5.0L Bought it for $2k as a roller. Car has been resprayed and is pretty clean. Just put in a brand new LSD with 3.45 gears. Still has the trimatic but im yet to install it or the engine. I have 5700 paceies as the engine I have is VN motor. The car used to be wired up for injection but I decided to go down the carbie route. Car also has a 1 inch master cylinder with VT brake booster. Bought an engine to go in it aswell it apparently is a Vn v8 fresh with acl pistons, balanced crank, and rods, 0 deck height, single plane manifold, new dizzy, custom cam, roller rockers, 650 dp Holley and made 220rwkw. The dash just looks blue because of the light but its grey. The bloke used to have an aftermarket steering wheel so i think he just threw on the first one he could find. Aka a brown one lol. ---------- Post added 05-12-12 at 23:56 ---------- Also a quick question! As the previous owner was running an injected VN motor. Will I need to change the pump in the fuel tank? I think he has a drop tank in there? Whats the best way in changing the pump from the 80psi one to the 5psi carbie one?

I had a search for those regulators but they are all in the US and would take weeks to get here. Any other options other than that? Can i hook a holley blue up to the EFI pump and just no plug the EFI pump in to power?
