internal waste gate upgrade ?

hi every one i tryed searching to see if any one has info on upgrading from the factory 6psi actuator to say a 10psi or 11,5 ,can anyone point me in the right direction as i am getting boost spike ,my setup consists of ,t3 highflow ,fmic,3" turbo back zorst ,also the motor is a factory a8 block with correct low comp internals the car runs a nistune daughter board which is tuned to 11 psi im making 220hp atw through a manualised auto .has anyone tryed these http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Kinugawa-...#ht_2055wt_932 (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Kinugawa-Adjustable-Turbo-Wastegate-Actuator-SAAB-9000-W-Garrett-TB25-TB2531-/281030141580?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item416eb3a68c&_uhb=1#ht_2055wt_932) ,or something similar ,here is a picture of my last dyno readout with a boost map im useing a hdi sbc electronic boost controller aswell dont think that could be the problem but any advice would be good Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
