I'm wondering if there a difference between a na and turbo power steering? The pump I pulled off my vlt engine does not fit the bracket I got from a na block? Can I just use the na power steering pump? ---------- Post added 25-11-12 at 20:57 ---------- so can anyone confirm if theres a difference between na turbo power steering

hey mate, not sure if its a NA and Turbo difference, but there are different types of power steering pumps. it could be series 1 and 2 or skyline and vl difference really, but when you do change it just remember to get the right hose that goes from the pump to the rack. just last week i did an engine swap and used other style of pump because the hoses sit nicer and tucked away. might need to get a few blokes with photos of r31 and series 1 and 2 vls to see what the difference is..

Yeah strange, I ended up using the pump and bracket off my na motor, and hooked that up to the rack... If I remember right the hose goes from the pump to the top drivers side whole in the rack...
