Hi guys, I just got a 2004 WK Caprice with the LS1 in it. What oil should I use? It has done 125000k's. I use Castrol edge 10/60 in my VLT. Any thoughts or suggestions?

The 10/60 you're using is good.. nice broad temp range and fully synthetic - will do the job
