I convereted my VL to manual 2000kms ago. The box has worked fine and has good synchros. Yesterday, it suddenly stopped going into 5th whether the engine is on or off, clutch in or out it's the same and there's no crunching. Its like something is jammed. Ideas anyone?

Have you tried bleeding your clutch? Changed the oil in the box before? Checked that the gear stick is not contacting the body?

I had the same issue with My MX7. Box was fine for moths, all of a sudden couldn't push it in to 5th gear, then after a couple of months it just freed up and is fine now.. Fark knows..

5th is now working again with no issues. As I rocked the car back and forth with the engine off my mate put gentle pressure on 5th gear and it gradually coaxed it in. He was more forcefull than I would have been because it wasn't his car and he hates VLs haha. We then started the engine in 5th with foot on clutch and all was well.
