hi theres a plug u can bridge a couple of wires on thatll allow the car to start ( i take it your car was an automatic) . cant remember what color wires they are now but someone on here will know. as for the tail lights and garnish, you can buy new taiwanese copys for pretty cheap these days, easier than trying to find a good set of holden ones.

Mike, try this guy for the tail lights! http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Lis...member=1342788 (http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Listings.aspx?member=1342788). Can't think of the outfits name. They deal with tawainese reproduction parts. You could get a price from NZ-SXYHDT to paint your garnish. You could just have it repainted black and you redo the pinstriping yourself if your wanting to save some money. Have you bridged the 2 purple wires that are for the neutral switch? There are in a relay that sits up near the battery. Some guys bridge them or even put a switch in there as another security option. Make sure you remove the auto computer under the drivers side dash too.

It sits above the drivers side lower dash cover. It would normally sit up inside there. Has AT2 written on it. If its not there and unplugged that's one thing to cross off the list.
