Gents been getting alot of sms and pms asking if ill sell etc so i thought id throw up this thread to clear the air. I will sell for 18k firm! I was going to start a thread anyhow so here she is! Bought this car afew months back, was one of the most painfull purchases ive ever made Built in Feb 87 this black beauty was always going to be a rare example, being a special order in the tuxedo black duco. Featuring full electrics, cruise control, air con and being a turbo model i could only just imagine how amazing she would of been off the production line, both to admire and drive. In the recent years however much has changed, both asthecially and mechanically. I had purchased the calais with a bare metal respray, all single tone and the addition of HDT copy side skirts, rear bar spoiler etc. I can understand how some appreciate that look but def. not my cuo of tea. Mechanically the vehicle had recieved substantial updrades which saw her to an 11sec quarter. Most of the additions being top end, such as cam, ports, valve springs etc and bolt on side of things with a Maatoouks inleet manifold and big low mounted roller bearing turbo, turbosmart gate, 700cc injectors, microtech, 044 pumps mounted under the car, 3 inch turbo back exhaust The auto was treated to a manual valve body, convertor and other upgrades by ALS race glides how ever is still the weakest link of the chain in my opinion The body kit has since been removed and replaced with new bars and moulds, a full set of chrome moulds also and have been treated to a fresh spray in the correct color, in the correct finish and with the black around the bottom or the front and rear bars. Brand new fronts and Mickey Thompson ET Streets have been put on and have made the biggest difference Interior side of things in still retains the original dated seats from its release, still in very reasonable condition with a ciggarete burn here and there that will be repaired. Has a momo corse steering wheel and 4 autometer phantom gauges and a monster tacho mounted out of sight. Windows, power mirrors etc all still work and very well along with the pop up headlights Like i said if i get 18k for it as it is ill part with it and finish one of my other cars. If you dont like the price, then buy the next factory black calais turbo that comes up for sale.... The long term aim for this vehicle is to get the exterior and interior absolutely showroom and to run 8.xx @ 150+ mph Id like to just quickly say a thanks to Lachlan GMHTT8 for all his help thus far with this car and most of the others Below are afew low quality pictures from my phone, enjoy, all feedback is welcome and any sale queries please pm or sms only Thanks and enjoy Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

thanks for the comments guys Had black bars TUXEDO but i can assure you it presents itself far better in its original atire on the road, all black looked like it had been painted black where as now it looks original if that makes any sense lol
