Can you get hold of 3.5" Magnaflow cats??

my car has 2 cats and the system i have atm has 1 so which ones flow the best? would 2 cats restrict power much ?

Would any of these be suitable for a ls1 conversion ? Do they comply with euro 2 emissions ?
