Anyone know the story, talks of track sabotage today leading into the pro series top fuel and pro stock round there this weekend?

Apparently some clown who has something against drag racing poured diesel on the track last night.

funking idiots.. y do somethin so stupid!!! must b a angry/retatrded local who hates th noise!! lol

The track was ripped up and replaced... Apparently somebody or bodies broke in and tipped diesel on the track, and with the amount of time it sat on the track and soaked in, the bitumen softens. When a tyredrag is passed over it, it tears the track up in pieces... Shows how well a cleanup has to be done, or you end up with damaged cars and a damaged track... The guys are working overtime, and have been given the info to try and get the track to a reasonable condition so they can race today... Spewing I wasn't there to help, but phone calls are the best we can do for them....

The track has been ripped up and repaired. They are ready to race today now, they have been working 24/7 since they found it! Some people are just low life scum!!! But rino won't lay down!!! Hope the police catch these pricks!!!

Unfortunately this is the 2nd sabotage... I think it wil be cheaper to have 24hr security than the repair cost! And also, it doesn't hurt rino, only the insurance company! Great to see Adelaide's never say due attitude, hope they can get the prep up to scratch, was hoping to see a 3 sec 1000 ft pass tonight

what low life scum who ever done it that is just rediculous. the locals sound like they dont want street or track racing there by the sounds of it. maybe fit some night vision security cams or just get a building site lunch room and hire a guard or two to keep an eye on the place. hopefully it all gets up to perfect knick for you guys.

Its an amazing effort to get the stuff done that Rino does. Most people couldn't organize a root in a brothel let alone get a road repaired in under 24 hours to race 4 second cars over 1000ft. RESPECT!!!! At least this means ill get to go back and continue doing what i love as well. Racing in my home town! Dont let these scumbags get the better of our sport!
