What motor are you planning to use ? It will fit but you'll have extractor clearance issues with a 5 litre or ls conversion . Keep the vs diff in it mate , just get the gears changed to suit your needs

Answer to the shocks, front ones "NO!!!" , rear ones "YES!!!" , if going for lowered or super low in a sedan, use standard height wagon shock absorbers. The springs are another "YES !!!" You are going to have to order separate shocks for the front as they changed the design of them from the VR Commodore onwards. The diff will bolt straight in but the wheel track width will be different (the VN- VS diffs are longer) and the VH tailshaft may not be a straight bolt in fit, that may require modification as it may either be too long or too short. As far as the K frame goes , I don't know why you'd want to use a VH one as you'd have to go to all of the trouble of using the VH steering rack as the VS one doesn't directly bolt onto a VH Commodore K frame, try and use a VL - VS Commodore V8 K-frame , assuming you are fitting a V8. Yeah, the Commodore cup cars these days seem to be VR-VS Commodores fitted with a 253 V8, they don't seem to use the VB Commodores anymore or not very much.
