need help with flywheel

i brought a new flywheel for my bt1 that fits and i kept the old flywheel of my mx7 now im looking to build a new motor and thought i would just try the old genuine flywheel on the A8 block and crank and the crank is a smaller bolt patten and locator to the flywheel can someone help
