[phone removed] Description VL Commodore Race Car & Component List It has time for me to sell my project car I have owned for the past 5 years. I Sent off the Car 3 Months ago to MSK race cars where all the below work has been completed, during that time I have had a life occuring event and I am selling up my project. The car is a 1987 vl sl that I had plans of racing this car in super sedan in the ANDRA motor sport. The eng bay has been smoothed out and in hifill. The rear window pannle has been cut out and a brand new lower pannle from rear spares has been welded in. To finish the car it will only require a paint job and your drive line. All the parts on the car are brand new never used. I have spent in excess of 30 thousand dollars in parts and fab work during the past 3 months alone (not including the car itself). This car was jig built and fully tig welded, it comes complete with wheel tubs and rear floor tin work. Could take a turbo 3 litre (current set up for) or V8 engine or any driveline you decide on. This is a quality built car with a large amount of engineering involved with the aim to have the car drive straight at 200mph. * 12 point ANDRA spec chrome moly roll cage (1 5/8 x .083) and chrome moly rear chassis clip, with through fire wall strut braces. * Modified strut towers (more castor). * Alloy tin work * Chrome moly radiator support with trailer anchor points. * Jerry Bickel (moly) 4 link and track locator (Brand New). * Jerry Bickel 60" wheele bars (moly) (brand new). * Koni double adjust shocks (Brand New) with strange springs (Brand New). * Mark Williams 35 spline axles (Brand New). * MSK, 9 inch Ford housing, braced, with Strange housing ends, with Bickel 4 link plates (moly) (Brand New) * M/T race slicks 32 x 14 x 14 slicks (Brand New). * Weld wheels, Alumastar’s 15”*14” (5” B/S) (rear) (Brand New). * Alloy fuel cell (5 gal) (Brand New). * Sparco EVO2 racing seat (used). * Custom seat mounts. * vlt brake booster and 1” master (used). * Mc Donald Bro’s Racing front coilovers 90/10 shocks 50mm lower then std (Brand New). * Has brand new front bushes * Reco manual steering rack I will include parts to aid in the completion of the car eg lights panels wiring etc etc. Asking price $15,000 ono To view this car or for more information please PM me and we will work out a time to view the car.
