Hey Guys!!!
Hopefully no one gets rid of this and it stays up for people to help others on how or what size, backspace or dish and mods people have done to there diff to fit Simmons on IE: standard diff or shortened diff.
So myself and for others, is thinking about getting some Simmons's and wouldn't mind to see what others have, and done to fit there own. soon enough to decide what others have done to fit custom wheels ( Simmons ) on a vl.
I would like if people can state the bottom
please copy and past and fill underneath.
* What size FR'S they are running
* What size backspace
* What size dish
* What tyre size's (F & B )
* A standard or shorted diff
YOUR post will be great help.
THANK YOU

Just ring Tempe Tyres and tell them what diff length, etc you have and they will make the wheels to suit. Think mine are a +43 on the rear in a 8.5" rim and a +45 on the front in a 8"rim

28-10-12, 18:34 GMT+10#12 doesn't make any differance if the diff is shorter. The standard vl wheel tub is what limits you.
Shorter diff just means more dish not a wider wheel

28-10-12, 22:07 GMT+10#14 U can fit 275 tyre under a VL and still slam it if everything is spot on. So a 9" rim or a 9.5" if your lucky
