Hey, does the standard rb25det intake hit the vlt brakebooster or is it better to use a forward facing plennum for better clearence from the booster??

I found it was very tight, but the Greddy plenums are a 1 piece plenum (unlike the 25's) and sit alot lower, and further away from the booster.

I have the same setup, but my plenum is a stock 25DET modified onto a forward facing version. With the turbo booster there was about 3 or 4mm clearance - the motor actually hit the booster under load. I simply slotted the holes on the the left hand engine mount to tilt the whole engine down to the left a little. Problem solved. Prior to slotting the holes the sump was noticeably not level with the cross member.
