mechanical fan

hey guys, i have 2 mechanical fans 4 my rb30 that work really ****, i've bin told 2 get 'viscious' oil to fix them which i have bort, but just wondering if anyone has a good way of getting it in the fan....

I am pretty sure the standard fans are sealed and cannot be serviced... but why do you have two fitted on your car?

the standard fans, have a spring loaded plate on the front. Thats clipped under at the ends, under it is a small pin the pulls out when the plate is removed. Just go to the chemist and get a small syringe like i said dude.

Ok the photos were taken on my phone, so not the best quality but you get the point. viscious oil brought from bnt Plate and pin removed We used a small syringe brought from the chemist, to force the oil into the small hole on the front We kept forcing the oil in untill it started oozing back out, in between syringes we used a small needle to force any air bubbles out. Then re-installed the pin And lastly the plate Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
