no fuel comming out of injectors

Hi guys need abit of help, my mates vl has been in peices for around 3 years we have put it back together and replaced the CAS and the power module, coil, leads all that usuall crap, so we cranked it over and no go, we have spark but the plugs are dry as a bone, fuel pump is working fine has new filter aswell . any ideas on what is going on?

if you disconnect the fuel line at the rail. are you getting fuel coming out ?
