Just a quick question. Is it possible to use the auto sandwich plate in a manual or do they hit the flywheel, clutch etc? I know the auto ones are 2 piece and the manuals are 1 piece but cant see why it wouldnt work.

All the bellhousing holes line up perfectly on the na manual box. Im more worried about the clutch or flywheel hitting it

It's fine. I've used them in many manual conversions with no problems whatsoever

Its only the MX7 sandwich plate which has the starter holes in a different position

All good, I used a mf5 so it bolted up no worries.
