Get a good carbide burr and hit it yourself with a die grinder if your confident. Nothing special or hard about it, just take out as little as possible, 0.040"-0.050" is plenty of clearance. Drop in your crank and bolt on a pair of rods on one journal and you will soon see where and how much you need to clearance it.
I would probably be grout filling it first though to at least the welsh plugs

just remember... you need it to clear plus that bit extra for it when its rotating at revs as it flexs and stretches under load. better not to skimp on that ****, machining is where the motor can be a nugget or a beast or a pile of ****.
Advanced performance machining are good, highly recommend them. built my mates 600hp 383ci holden. flawless work and Aaron and Steve are really helpful.

if you want the whole lot done, machining can be 1k to 2k, depending on what needs to be done. and how far you wanna go. give them a call and see where you stand and what you wanna do.

Also if your running some H beam rods chances are by the time you get enough clearance you will come very close or hit the water jacket which will mean a bit of grout filling which all ads up.
Edit: just read Marzellas post.
