The manual computer wont run the automatic gearbox. You will need to do a search on here for the information as it can be an involved process for the untrained. I haven't done it so I cannot help you accurately. At minimum you will need to change the engine ecu to the automatic one and find out what wiring needs to be changed. Its more involved than that but try doing a search on here or on google. Ideally you would get all the computers/wiring required from the shell the gearbox came from, thus you would simply remove from one car and reinstall in yours.
