head gasket help

Hay guys im building a 30et, standard bttom end wit about 7psi.. now wat im wanting help with is choosing the correct head gasket. Should i b going decompression head gasket of a mls item.. any advice would b great.. thanks.

dont do a de comp man its not needed, either get a genuine nissan gasket or an mls....

For 7psi, just get a genuine nissn head gasket. It doesnt change the compression of the motor.... ie. its an A6 bottom end = hi comp

Would i just get a geniune nissan head gasket from sprints or do i have to special order it??

Just go to Nissan and order a head gasket for an rb30 in an r31
