Hey guys I'm in the market for a built rb and came across this item 110944234684 on eBay so I messaged him and asked if he knew what piston and rod it had, he said no so I asked if I could come have a look at it and pull the rocker cover of and possibly the sump. He stated no very quickly, I started thinking he had something to hide so I ask why not he said its not worth it to him I then ask what he wanted for the engine and he said 2000 I said I had 6 to spend and wanted to make sure it had forged pistons and a prepped bottom end. Which means to me different rods, rod bolt s main studs, he then told me it had standard rods which I didn't thnk was right so I told him I'm not interested. Just thought I would put it on hear as I thinks he's out to scam someone.

Sounds like someone who's bought an engine...been burnt and is now trying to handball the issue onto someone else. Steer clear i reacon

yes couldn't agree more.but if you read the add . the seller makes out he will answer any question and be very helpful

Didn't answer any questions and I said I would put it back together if I didn't want it he said it was a waste of his time to let me pull the rocker cover off...
