So what sort of power are these "hamburger with the lot" 4 speeds rated to? Trans builders in Adelaide won't do 4 speeds to handle more than 300kW, they all say they'll do a 3 speed or a powerglide... I guess GZM in Vic. are the shop to go to?

rotamotive ran with a 13b and a jatco 4 speed 8.9 or 8.8 @150 mph the box was dowelled for strenght and transbraked and overdrive on a seperate switch they are a good box if built properly tranzmax z is a must and put ypour oil cooler inside dry ice box inside boot or passenger floor to keep box temps down and mph up auto cars pick up 3-5mph with cooler transmission temps transbrake equals heat lol

11.6 at 117mph, box had the works but was rooted, no reverse no transbrake, just off the foot brake, hopeing to change that once the engine is running, have rewelded the upper control arms back into the floor so i'll try the transbrake again Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I think a built 4 speed would be good for the performance and what I wan out of the car. MV automatics here in Adelaide charge about $3k and rate theirs to 280kw or something.. I've sent an email to GZM for an estimate.
