Any one ever tried restoring the red press button on seat belt buckles? If so what did you use?

what fatman said. I did this to my black sideskirts on the calais. they were very dry to begin with but they came up amazing in time. good original bits look so much better than gloss black or silver spraypainted. just keep at it!

Is there anywhere where you can buy new seatbelts? Has anyone used later model commodore belts before?

I realize they would prob fit vl but they don't have the plastic surround like vl. I'm prob a bit fussy Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Old thread revival I've heard vaso works. I'm going to give it a crack on the weekend. Anyone confirm?

yeah vaso works, results vary though as not every buckle will come up mint. Scrub hard enough and you'll get a good result

I also used vaso on them, brings them up not too bad, but the ones on ebay would make it look far better.
