High idle on 304.

Hi all yesterday i pulled my air box out then put it back in then my car was idling really high at like 1800, ive turned the idle screw all the way down and it is still idling at 1200. What could have caused this as i didn't touch any thing except the air box. Cheers Dave.

hey mate check that there is no cracks in the flexible piece of hose that joins the airbox to the throttle and check the lid is on the air box properly

There is a few vacuum lines under the throttle body check you haven't bumped any of them off to that can cause dramas I think..
