Hey guys I am new to this forum and still getting used to it but im 15 i recently bought my first car, a 1987 manual berlina. We bought it from the coast so it has rust in usual places (bought new rust repair panels from rare spares) it will be getting resprayed in the BA XR6 flacon blood orange. My dad and I have pulled the motor and box out of the car and are starting to smooth the bay, moving things like washer bottle, overflows and fuse box. i was just curious because i still have not even got my L's yet so i dont want to turbo yet. But i hate the cross over pipe! can i put a turbo plenum on and still run N/A or what? can i just run a bit of piping off it and have a pod? behind the drivers side headlight? what the go? any help would be much appreciated thanks James.

Mate just keep it standard for now, as much as you wanna mod it theres really no reason to put the turbo plenum on when the car is non-turbo. just focus on the respray for now and when you get your p's then focus on modding, you still have a year before you can get your p's so no need to worry... but sounds like a good job anyway, maybe post up some photos or a decent build thread and keep it updated.
