Can't fined definet answer.
I recently did the auto to manual
Followed everything to the T, dotted evey commer lol
So...
Won't engage gears while running (can hear faint squel when pressure is applied to g/stick).
Changes fine when engines off.
Just blead clutch properly no air left.
Clutch Fluid is topped up to the top ring.
--------------
Jacked up rear, on stands, started it in gear, clutch in wheels spin, not disengaging any reasons as to why
--------------
It has the following::
Manual bush
New clutch amp: assembly
Machined fly wheel
Aligned properly
Mf5 with new fluid.
New releas bearing
Installed with the help of a senior mechanic

Yeah I'll fully go through it tommy,
seems like a ton of slack.
Bar only moves back 5-6 cm.

Not even that- not enough movement. Replacing old slave tommy with new one from repco for $18
I took the boot and slave off manual fork.*
Then tried to push the fork by hand ( putting my shoulder and body into it) Engine off of course.
no movement at all!*
Besides the normal slack of fork with out the boot on.
The fork is fine but can't push the bearing into the prongs at all.*
I FITTED THE ITEM TONIGHT N BLEAD IT N IT WORKS!!!
the travle is amazingabout a 5th harder to push but all good
APPRECIATE THE ADVICE GUYS
Its hard for me to fabricate stuff because my work shop consists of a few tools and what evers in the kitchen draw lol

The only logical explanation there would be for that is that there is a problem which lies somewhere between the clutch lever & pressure plate, are you sure all the air is bled out and that there is still fluid still left in the system?
You will have to get underneath and check to see if the clutch slave cylinder is working, I had to get underneath my VY and bleed the slave cylinder in that, the only thing there is you can't see whether that is working because it is located inside the bell housing, the only thing you can do is "feel" whether the clutch is working or not.
I know this sounds silly but did you install the clutch release bearing?
There may be something amiss between the clutch slave cylinder and clutch release bearing (if installed) , like the retaining spring for the clutch fork could have popped out.
This may sound like a dopey comment, but I've heard of this happening ,have you checked to see if the clutch pressure plate hasn't been installed back to front??
The raised section which contains the springs should face towards the bell housing & gearbox side.
We had this problem in a VN Commodore when doing a Supra 5 speed conversion, the only thing there is that it's not a standard setup so something's not right in your case with a standard unit.
