I am normaly very careful of who I sell to,But yeah got Right shafted(By someone I knew)Yep a non payer.In the end I had to go around and lean quite hard on them to pay He was not happy and neather was I.Has anyone had the same problem.OOOOHHHHH I hate people that force me into that.Try and help them out and they Sh%TE on you.(but let us say he WILL not be doing that again )But I have to say everyone I have delt on this site has been good. yep i have that same problem,i havnt had to pay anyone a visit yet......but the day will come, had one guy that me and a mate did some building work for , we did him a favor and worked for $20 a hour, and all the materials at cost....... gave him the invoice, any 4 months later he decided to fianly pay. the deal was cash and he send a cheque and it was $50 short.........needles to say,he has ruined it for everyone, no more favors. thats my rant for the week

I'm owed just over 8 grand, You work 80 -90 hour weeks (mostly through the night) to get told "Mate I can't pay ya, the bis is goin under" .What gets me though it was for my wag and had plans all over for work getting done I've even had to go round and stop work that had been started and pay off what has been done quite embarrassing !

Same here boys, we've all got these stories. I'm a Chippie, 1 builder went broke and owed me 5k, another c*#t just decided not to pay me, 4.5k. Couple more owe smaller amounts. Unfortunately these kinds of people are everywhere and there's not much we can do about it, no matter how bad you wanna give them a flogging!

On the flipside you have good guys though that pay cash and pay upfront. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Farrrk that's rough dude. That farming lark is hard yakka too - you got any chance of getting your coin? I've only been shafted a couple of times - once on a photo shoot. Shot this car owned by a local 'performance shop' did all photoshop stuff and sent the images off expecting to be paid, except the owners never filled out the paper work on the car. Even had the magazine ringing them trying to get the info, but they just wouldn't reply. Weirdos. The owners never got any images off me, but I wasted a lot of hours on it. The car was a P.O.S. anyway, but it's annoying all the same.

I highly doubt it there's 3.5 mil wrapped up in all the gear (Agricultural Contracting) and who knows what they owe the bank, wages etc pretty much write it off and move on aye
