hey guys trying to work out what tailshaft will suit my combo. im running a 304 efi engine with a turbo 350 has the short ext housing.ive tried using a vn 5 ltr front section and vl n/a rear and its alteast 2inch's short.could this be a custom job to get something to fit

vl trimatic (v8) shaft bolts straight in

picked up a trimatic tailshaft tonight for $50 and fits perfect cheers for the help mate

A front section from a VH or VK Commodore Ex police car should do the job I think because they had that auto behind the 308's in them.

turbo 400 has a differnet yoke and im pretty sure the front part of the tail shaft will need to be longer
