My rb30 sounds like it is running a different cam after iv done a manual conversion just by the way it's running a bit rough does anyone have any ideas what it could possibly be? Cherrs

Sounds like you haven't plugged the vacuum line off where the vacuum modulator piping used to join into at the inlet manifold for the auto trans. Just jam a bit of silastic in there (near the IAC valve) or jam a screw or something in that piece of rubber hose till you can get some silastic to fill that in.
