MX7 Extension housing rear seal.... one on the left is the one form my gear box (MX7 Turbo box) one on the right is new part. obviously 10 or so mm difference. Ive spoken to 2 different spare parts shops and they both tell me it is the right one. clearly not. So can anyone point me in the right direction to buy the part that will fit in this box? before i loose all hope in the spare parts industry altogether. Thanks in advance Tassie Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Go to a bearing shop CBC /SKF etc (Google bearing supplies) where they know what a seal is and how to measure it, although the size is written on the seal! Ha!!! Some spare parts knobs can only work of what is written on the pack. Ah! the old days! when the spare parts guys had some pride in the knowledge they held. Sad really when some knob says these two seals are the same. The "GUN" Automotive bearing / seal guy is Jon (when he farts bearings fall out) at:- Lager Australia 50 Whiting Street Artarmon NSW 2064 ph 02 9439 3910 | fax 02 9439 3912 (they post anywhere) Cheers Balfizar Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
