OK i drive the car for say 20 minutes at which time when i go to accelerate it starts coughing and struggling to move almost like its going to die in the ass i turn it off and back on and it might come good for about 5 seconds before its starts doing it again. If it is a cas which i think it is who does the best deal as autobahn was $145 repco $116 anyone do a better deal. id did recently have a earth problem where the car wouldnt turn over, so where do the fuel pump an ecu and ignition relays earth? as i dont want to rule them out just in case because i believe i do hear them buzzing when this is going on, or there doing it because !the cas is sh!tting itself and i havn't replaced all wiring in the car. Im running a microtech lt12, 6 ls1 coils, 044, malpassi fuel reg the ones with the fat bit of rubber in the middle, 670cc inj, 50mm wastegate, battery in boot 0gauge wire no voltage drop, if this helps.

I might be confused but if the CAS is faulty you nootice it straight away. It sounds like the intank fuel pump. Orrr the air regulator. Because the Air Regulator controls the cold start. The intank fuel pump feels like once you hit a certain rev's like between 2,000rpm & 3,000rpm it hits a brick wall & likes to die.

well took it for a drive and it's done it again turn off and back on it comes good for 5-10 minutes checked fuel pressure and it was siting at 40 gave it a rev and it went down to 25 wtf so i had a look at high pressure pump wiring it looks shonky got that sorted so now going to test it out again tommorow i was thinking the in tank pump is pumping fine but dodgy 20yr old pump wiring could be the culprit if it turns out o be the malpassi i'm going to slander the daylights out of that company. update all fixed well it took it for a 30min drive lots of foot planting turns out it was the pump conections at relay and pump.
