So today i was cruising driving normal and my car was running absolute sweet, no strange noises or loss of power. I was behind a kombi van doing maybe 20 kmph and as he turned off down a street i accelerated slightly to speed up to 50kmph and my car started choking really really bad and sounding horrible. I then continued driving, it wasnt overheating and had good oil pressure. But also it was blowing blueish smoke. I drove it 3kms home and i have a really steep drive way and while trying to get it up the driveway the motor was shaking really bad trying to build up the power to get up the drive way. Only thing ive checked so far was radiator and its still full with coolant with no oil in it. What you guys think?

blue smoke is usually oil burning could be from any number of sources like pcv , turbo , rings , etc start with a compression test and go from there

Sounds like you've done a gasket some where.

I'm leaning more towards head gasket as it's bad miss fire as well plus there was a f/s thread on this car saying it getting new motor possible high comp conversion ---------- Post added 29-04-12 at 12:35 ---------- A compression test result will tell all

You didnt overfill the oil at all? A mate did it to his pulsar (yes it was me) and it would blow smoke under initial load when moving from a standstill
