Hi all just need to know what is the best product to use if I want to spray my bumper bars gloss black and what is the best way to do it also it has had a lot of armer oil put on it wil the prep sol get that all off so the paint can dry Thanks

i'd get new bars, they will silicon up like crazy, but if you wanna try painting them degrease them 3 or 4 times, then prepsol

Spray them with brake cleaner
